Plan B will enhance those want to use our registered office facilities for the reasons of Hong Kong presence and for compliance with the Ordinance. For Plan C, client may feel free to worry about the compliance with the Companies Ordinance because we will handle the documentation on time on client's behalf. Of course, clients may choose our services separately according to their individual needs.

Formation services include the preparation of documents for the appointment of 2 directors & 1 secretary, transfer of 1 share issued, notification of registered office, apply for business registration certificate etc. If there are more than 3 directors or more than 1 shareholder, we will charge extra service fee for additional documentation. Formation minimum requirements: The company must have 1 director, 1 shareholder and 1 secretary. The address of the Company secretary and the registered office must be in Hong Kong.
